Account Information
Certain FortyTwo Studios applications, including Backstop Live, allow users to create accounts.

Authentication and certain application data may be processed and stored using third-party cloud infrastructure providers, including Supabase.
Backstop Live
Backstop Live is a baseball and softball platform that provides features including team management, scoring, statistics, messaging, live game information, and livestreaming.
Depending on the features used, Backstop Live may process:
User account information
Team names and team information
Player names and roster information
Player numbers and positions
Baseball and softball statistics
Game schedules, scores, and game events
Team affiliations
User roles and permissions
Parent or guardian/team-family relationships
Messages sent through team communication features
Photos or other content users choose to upload
Livestream and YouTube-related information
Device information necessary to provide push notifications
We use this information to provide the features requested by users and teams.
Team Messaging and User-Generated Content
Backstop Live allows authorized users to communicate with other authorized members of a team.
Messages, photos, and other user-generated content may be stored on our service providers' systems so that they can be delivered to the intended users.
Access to private team communications is limited according to account roles, team membership, and permissions established within the application.
Users are responsible for the content they submit through Backstop Live and should not submit information they do not have permission to share.
Player and Youth Information
Backstop Live may be used by youth baseball and softball teams. As a result, team rosters and game records may contain information relating to players who are minors.
Player information may include information reasonably necessary to provide team, scoring, statistical, roster, and game functionality, such as a player's name, jersey number, team affiliation, position, game participation, and baseball or softball statistics.
Backstop Live is not designed to require children to independently provide unnecessary personal information.
Team managers, coaches, parents, guardians, and other authorized adults should only provide information about a minor when they have the authority or appropriate permission to do so.
Certain team-family features may require approval by authorized team personnel before access is granted.
If a parent or legal guardian believes that personal information concerning a child has been collected or used improperly, they may contact us at support@fortytwostudios.com to request review, correction, or deletion.
We may take reasonable steps to verify the identity and authority of a person making a request concerning a minor.
Push Notifications
Backstop Live may send device notifications relating to application activity, including game events, team communications, and livestream activity.
To provide notifications, we or our service providers may process device identifiers or push-notification tokens associated with the application installation.
Push-notification tokens are used to deliver notifications and are not sold for advertising purposes.
Users can control notification permissions through their device settings.
YouTube and Livestreaming
Backstop Live integrates with YouTube API Services to allow authorized team personnel to connect a YouTube account and provide livestreaming functionality.
When a user chooses to connect YouTube, Backstop Live may receive or process information made available through YouTube API Services, such as YouTube channel information, broadcast information, livestream information, identifiers, and authorization tokens necessary to provide the requested functionality.
Backstop Live uses this information only to provide YouTube-related features requested by the authorized user, including creating, managing, displaying, or accessing livestream information.
FortyTwo Studios does not request or store a user's YouTube or Google password.
YouTube authorization credentials and related data are used only for the functionality authorized by the user.
Users may disconnect their YouTube account from Backstop Live where that functionality is provided. Users may also revoke Backstop Live's access to their Google account through their Google account security settings.
Backstop Live's use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the applicable Google API Services User Data Policy and YouTube API Services policies.
Use of YouTube functionality is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and Google's privacy practices.

Cloud Services and Supabase
Backstop Live uses Supabase to provide backend services that may include authentication, databases, file storage, realtime functionality, and server-side application functions.
Information necessary to provide Backstop Live functionality may therefore be processed or stored using Supabase infrastructure.
We use access controls and other security measures intended to restrict access to application data based on user authorization and application functionality.
Supabase provides security controls for its hosted database, authentication, storage, realtime, and Edge Function infrastructure.

Certain FortyTwo Studios applications, including Crappie Guide Pro, may use Apple's CloudKit or iCloud services.
When applicable, application information may be synchronized through the user's Apple account and Apple's infrastructure.
FortyTwo Studios does not receive or store users' Apple ID passwords.
